GENERAL INFORMATION

Installation, use and service of the machine can be
pcrformed only by qualified personnel, especially trai-
ned to follow instructions:
– The manufacturer cannot be held responsible
for injuries or damages of any kind occurred
to persons, machine or others, due to lack of
conformity with the operation instructions
indicated in this documentation and for abuse,
misuse and lack of conformity with the
instructions indicted in this documentation
as well as installation, disinstallation, service,
tune-up, maintenance requiring the removal
of the safety barriers not performed BY
TRAINED AND AUTHORISED SPECIAL-
ISTS, will result in the IMMEDIATE LOSS
OF THE WARRANTY.
– L0SS OF WARRANTY will result also from
any service performed to the machine, when:
Safety barriers are removed without discon-
necting the power line and the water supply
When any safety provision of the machine has
been bypassed, removed or excluded.
– Machine is installed in provisional, improper
or unsafe conditions for lack of compliance
with safety provisions (fuses, main breaker,
ground line, or water inlet and discharge
valves) .
– When unauthorised modifications or additions
of devices which modify the operation cycles
indicated on the data chart delivered with the
machine .
– When not genuine spare parts are used
– Installation or storage in inadequate spaces
according to the indications of manufacturer.
– Machine utilisation different from the scope
foreseen as written in the documentation (p.e.
Dishes of type or sizes different from
specified)
– Utilisation of dispensers with products
corrosive, not pure or dry.

GLOSSARY

AIN BREAKER
– All contacts must mechanically open, ground
line included, min. distance between contacts 3
mm, with magnetic overload or fuses, calibrated
for a max, sustained current agree with machine plat.
– It must be installed outside the machine but
close to it.
– It must feed one machine only at time.
W
ATER SUPPLY VALVE
– Shut-off valve, single direction, spool, sphere,
lid control type, which can shut water supply
off quickly and totally, selected to assure water
pressure and flow as requested in the data table
supplied with each machine.
– It must be installed outside the machine but
close to it.

RAINAGE LINE
– It consist of a sump pit, free-flow, of proper
size capable to dispose twice the water flow
indicated on the data table.
– It must be close to the drain pipe of the machine
without bending, stretching, jointing the pipe.
UNPACKING:
Verify boxing conditions and indicate damages on
delivery slip before opening the boxes.
After unpacking, check that machine conditions
are OK: in case machine is damaged, send
immediately written communication via fax or
registered mail to seller agent, and do not proceed
with installation if damages are relevant for safety,
waiting for the trained specialist.
Save boxing components (plastic bags,
expanded polystyrene, nails etc.) outside the
reach of children for safety reasons.
