3. Temperature limiter

In case the temperature regulator fails or it is operated improperly, the temperature limiter
interrupts the heating circuit, but the unit remains powered!
Temperature limiter disconnection time: <2s.
IF THE TEMPERATURE LIMITER IS DEFECTIVE, IT MUST BE REPLACED BY A SPECIALIST SERVICE SHOP
AFTER ELIMINATION OF THE FAILURE.
4. Radiator
In the event of pipe radiator failure, the appliance must be disconnected from the mains and
drained before its replacement.
When electrical fittings are replaced, always check the condition of the connecting wires and their
terminals, and replace them as needed.
THE REPAIR MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY A PROFESSIONAL!
5. Descaling
Depending on the hardness of water and the operating time, scale may deposit on the radiator and
the bottom of the tank. Therefore, the heating element must be removed and the tank must be cleaned
after expiry of app. 12 months. The frequency of further cleaning can be determined based on the
amount of scale depositing, however, the tank should be cleaned at least once per 2 years.
Disassemble the appliance only when disconnected from the mains and drained. The scale does not
adhere to the inner tank, whereby it is easy to remove.
Prevent the connections of the radiator, the regulator and the limiter from moisture.
Since electrical assemblies are disconnected during descaling, the temperature regulator, radiator and
electrical connections should also be checked at the same time.
SUCH CHECKS, ALONG WITH DESCALING, MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY A SPECIALIST WORKSHOP.
IF YOU FAIL TO OBSERVE THE FOREGOING, AND THIS RESULTS IN THE DETERIORATION OF THE SAFETY
AND OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE APPLIANCE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR GUARANTEE AND

WARRANTY RIGHTS.

6. Draining
When the appliance is disconnected from the mains and water supply network, you can discharge
