headphones etc.) shall be subject neither to defect warranty
nor quality warranty in the moment of take-over.
Furthermore, c omplaints about product parameters, not
included in the operating instructions or in any
commercial-tec hnical documentati on of Seller, rel ated to
the product, s hall not be subject to quality warranty in the
moment of take-over.
In the event of any c hanges in the dimensions of the batter y ,
disconti nue us e, and until ther e is a c hange the batter y with
a new one.
Proof of product purchase, or d eliver y note, shall
constitute an integral part of this W arranty Card.
