WARRANTY CARD
For the purpos e of due application of any compl aint about
the product we rec ommend you to as k Seller to fill -in and
confirm this Warranty Card includi ng identific ation of serial
number of purchased product, whic h shall compl y with the
serial number specified both in the document proving
produc t purchas e and deliver y note and purc has ed pr oduc t.
In this connection Cus tomer hereby takes into account that
unless this Warranty Car d specifi es serial number of
purchas ed product, i.e., comparison of s uch serial number
identifi ed in the product with the s erial number identifi ed in
this Warranty C ard and document of product purchas e/or
deliver y note shall not allow to confirm that particular
produc t has come from Seller, i n c ase of an y doubts about
the origin of such particular product Seller s hall be entitled
to automatic ally and without any other acts to rej ect the
complaint of such goods.
W arranty shall not apply to:
produc t damage suffered by unqualified installation of
firmware or its modification;
product damage by static electricity;
produc t use for any other purposes than designed,
described in attached operating instructions;
damage to warranty s eal of the producer, attac hed to the
product;
produc t damage inc onsistent with the operating instructions,
technical standards or safety regulations valid in the Czec h
Republic;
product damage resulting from normal wear and tear;
discharged batteries, decrease in battery capacity c aused
by its wear and tear;
produc t defects caus ed by t he use in dus ty , polluted or in
any other way dissatisfactor y environment pursuant to
attached operating instructions.
