MODE D'EMPLOI
•
Brancher le tube court en silicone 1, avec filtre anti-bactérien 2, sur l'embout d'aspiration 3. L'autre
tube, relié au filtre anti-bactérien par un des côtés, doit au contraire être branché à l'embout 4 du
couvercle du bocal dans lequel est monté le flotteur (dispositif du trop plein).
Le dispositif du trop plein entre en function (le flotteur va à fermer le raccorde du couvercle) quand
il vient rejoint le maximum niveau de volume (90% du volume utile du bocal) ainsi ne peut pas
pénétrer du liquide à l'intérieur de la machine.
Placer l'appareil sur des surfaces plates.
•
Brancher le tube long en silicone 5 à l'embout 6 du couvercle du bocal resté libre.
•
A l'extrémité libre du tube long de silicone 5 brancher le raccord conique 8
•
Brancher le cordon d'alimentation à l'appareil et brancher la fiche à la prise électrique du secteur.
•
Appuyer sur l'interrupteur 7 sur la position I pour allumer l'appareil.
•
Dévisser le couvercle du bocal et remplir ce dernier de 1/3 d'eau (pour faciliter les opérations de
nettoyage et rendre plus rapide la dépression pendant le fonctionnement), puis revisser le couvercle
sur le bocal.
•
Pour l'arrêter appuyer sur l'interrupteur sur la position 0 et débrancher la fiche de la prise
d'alimentation.
•
Sortir les accessoires et procéder aux opérations de nettoyage
Sur demande, la version à double utilisation est disponible. L'utilisation continue est possible en appuyant
sur l'interrupteur lumineux ou bien sur le pédalier pour le fonctionnement d'aspiration à commande
laissant toute liberté manuelle à l'opérateur.
Si l'appareil utilisé est celui doté de commande à pédale, éteindre l'interrupteur général, brancher la fiche
du cordon d'alimentation de la pédale ans la prise prévue sur le flanc de l'appareil, positionner le
deuxième interrupteur sur la position II et commencer l'aspiration en appuyant sur la pédale.

PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE CHECKS
The ASPIMED 3.3 suction equipment does not need maintenance or lubrication.
It is necessary to check functioning and instrument before every use. Unpack the instrument
and always check integrity of plastic parts and feeding cable, they might have been damaged
during previous use. Connect cable to electrical network and turn switch on.
Close the aspiration outlet with your finger and with suction regulator in maximum vacuum
position check that the vacuum indicators reaches -0.90 bar maximum.
Rotate the knob from right to left and check the aspiration regulating control.
The vacuum indicator should go down -0.40 bar.
Verify that loud noises are not present, these can indicate wrong functioning.
A protection fuse (F 1 x 4A 250V) reachable from exterior and situated in the plug protects the
instrument. For use replacing, always check the type and the range indicated.

If the overfill security system is activated, don't proceed with the liquid aspiration.
If the overfill security system doesn't work there are two cases:
1° case – If the overfill security system doesn't work the aspiration will be stopped by the
bacteriological filter who avoid the liquid penetration inside the device.
2° case – If both the security system doesn't work, there is the possibility that liquid comes
inside the device, in this case return the device to MORETTI technical service.
BEFORE EVERY CHECKING OPERATION, IN CASE OF ANOMALIES OR BAD FUNCTIONING,
PLEASE CONTACT MORETTI TECHNICAL SERVICE.
