maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd disclaims any other warranties, express or implied,
including warranties of fi tness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products,
even if Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
If the claim falls within the warranty, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd will remedy any defects in materials or workmanship
becoming apparent during the Warranty Period, by replacing or repairing any defective product or component (at its option) free of charge to
the purchaser in respect of replacement parts or labour.
For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period you must as soon as practicable return your product to the retailer from which you
purchased it or call Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd at (07) 3276 1355 to make a warranty claim. Alternatively you may send your
claim to the address below.

The costs and expenses associated with making a claim under your warranty including the costs of posting your claim, or making a telephone
call in order to do so, will be borne by you. At the time you make your warranty claim we may in our absolute discretion require you to return to
us at the address above, or some other location we determine, the alleged faulty good or component for inspection. In such circumstances the
cost of doing this will be borne by you. Where we determine that the product or component is not covered by the warranty we will return it to
you at your expense.
