7.3.3 Checking the safety devices

At least once a month, check the operation of the safety devices. The correct procedures are as
follows:
WARNING!
The following operations must be carried out with the machine connected to the
power supply.
Checking the mushroom-head emergency stop button
• Press the mushroom-head emergency stop button
immediately.
• Release the button and check that the machine can be restarted normally.
In the case of an anomaly, contact the manufacturer's assistance service.
WARNING!
If any imperfections or damage are noted, contact the manufacturer who will
provide a replacement.
In all cases, replace after a maximum of 10 years.
Checking the magnetic safety sensor
• Open the removable casing 2 and check that the blade stops before the casing is opened
10 mm.
• Check that the machine cannot be started while the casing is open.
In the case of an anomaly, contact the manufacturer's assistance service.
Checking the product press
• Check that product press 3 moves and rotates freely without any friction or obstructions.
In the case of an anomaly, contact the manufacturer's assistance service.

7.3.4 Checking the drive system
WARNING!
These operations must be carried out with the machine connected to the power
supply.
Audio-visual check for noise level, play and loose parts:
• Check for the presence of unusual noises, play and vibrations in the drive system

technical assistance using the references provided in paragraph 1.2.
