GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 MANUFACTURER

The company was created to produce mincing machines and bone saws, and over the years has
expanded its range of products in answer to the growing needs of its clientele. Various models of
machines are manufactured, all built in steel or aluminium and all complying with the strictest EC safety
standards. The products are all certified and well-known on the international market, in that for a number
of years now the company has been exporting them all over the world, from Europe to South America,
from Africa to the Middle East and Russia.
The machines are produced at the company's factory near to Rimini and, thanks its collaboration with
top class consultants, can guarantee the finest quality always.
Our machines are ideal for use in hotel kitchens, canteens, large communities, as well as in butcher's
shops and meat processing factories.
The company takes extreme care in satisfying the needs of its clientele, with one of its main objectives
being that of offering the best possible customer service in the shortest time possible.

1.3 GUARANTEE

The warranty has duration of 12 months and is subject to the presentation of a copy of a suitable fiscal
document or invoice proving the purchase date.
The product is guaranteed against flaws and defects of the materials,manufacturing and assembly
for 12 months from the date of the purchase invoice. The warranty consists in the replacement or
repair of defective product components. It does not include the replacement of the product after
breakdown repairs for any reason.
Therefore the warranty is limited to the free replacement or repair of parts which, in the manufacturer's
opinion, malfunction. Consumable materials and tools are not included.
Warranty services are rendered by the dealer where the product was purchased or, alternately, by
the manufacturer, it being understood that the relevant transport will be at the customer's full liability
and expense.
The warranty is invalidated if the product was tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
This warranty substitutes and excludes any other warranty due by the dealer by law or contract and
defines all the customer's rights regarding purchased product defects and faults and/or quality
deficiencies.
Any legal controversy will be submitted to the manufacturer's Court of residence.

1.4 STRUCTURE OF THE MANUAL

The information and instructions are divided into chapters and paragraphs and can be easily found by
referring to the table of contents.
The customer must read all the information contained in this manual thoroughly, in that the correct
positioning, installation and use of the machine are fundamental requirements for ensuring its correct
and safe operation.

1.4.1 Scope and content

The scope of this manual is to provide the customer with all the information necessary for using the
machine and for managing it in a safe and autonomous manner. The information contained concerns
technical aspects, operation, maintenance, spare parts and safety.
Before carrying out any operations on the machine, operators and qualified technicians involved must
read and understand the instructions contained in this manual.
Should any doubts arise as to the interpretation of the instructions, please refer to the manufacturer for
the necessary clarification.

1.4.2 Receivers

The manual has been written for the machine operator and for technicians qualified to perform
maintenance on the machine.
For further information regarding the minimum qualifications required to operate and/or maintain the
machine, refer to paragraph 3.1.
Under no circumstances should the machine operator attempt to perform operations reserved for
maintenance staff or qualified technicians.
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from non-compliance with
this instruction.

1.4.3 Preservation

This manual forms an integral part of the machine and must accompany it throughout its working life,
from its installation to its final demolition, as well as in the case of sale or handing over to other users. The
manual must be kept in the immediate vicinity of the machine, enabling the operator and technicians
to consult it quickly and at any time. It must also be protected against liquids and any other that could
compromise its legibility.
