Common Erros in General Use
Common Failures
Sweepur 120 only cleans
smaller area than it suppo-
sed.
Sweepur 120 is not walking
properly.
Sweepur 120 moves back-

Position problem
Sweepur 120.
Wrong battery or ad-
apter.
Battery requires reset.
Make sure the box is turned on and placed in the
area you want to clean. Check the position of the
box for interference such as:
• Cabinets, shelves or ceiling fans above the box.
• Very high, uneven or black ceilings above the box.
• PDP or LCD televisions within 1,5m of the Box.
of Remove and reattach cleaning cloth. Please follow
strictly as below:
• Ensure cloth does not overlap into the middle
channel of the removable cleaning pad
• Ensure cloth is not bunching up, which can
prevent the removable pad from reattaching
completely to the robot. Check wheel area for
debris and remove or clean as needed.
Examine tire treads to make sure they are securely
attached to the wheel. If not well attached, cont-
act Customer Support.
Clean wheels with a cloth dampened with warm
water to remove dust and cleaning fluid. Let the
wheels dry before cleaning again.

Ceck wheel area for debris and remove or clean
as needed. Examine tire treads to make sure they
are securely attached to the wheel. If not well at-
tached, contact Customer Support.
Remove and reattached Cleaning cloth. Please
follow strictly as below:
• Ensure cloth does not overlap into the middle
channel of the removable cleaning pad
• Ensure cloth is not bunching up, which can
prevent the removable pad from reattaching
completely to the robot.
It might be still in Pause mode from the previous
cleaning cycle. Press power button to exit/resume.
of It's normal if Sweepur 120 repeats a part of previ-
ous cleaning after being paused. Restart it near the
GyroNavi Box in the same orientation and location
would help the robot find position faster. If it fails fin-
ding its position, it'll start a new mapping.
Please use only original battery/adapter. If battery/
adapter is correct but problem persists, please
contact after-sales services.
For the first three times of use, please charge the robot
with original adapter for 12 hrs, and run out battery
power, battery will be in normal condition of duration.
