4. Menu 1 - Operation menu

The main menu 1 has 32 sub items. They are indicated with 101 to 132 in the
display.

4.1 Addressing the units

When the heat pumps leave the factory they are set to the address A1. If two
or more heat pumps are connected they must be addressed different (A1, A2
etc). To set an address of the heatpump, go to 101 operation mode, choose
the address you want, A1, A2.

4.1.1 Set the address of the heat pumps:

• Press the OK button for more than 5 seconds.
• Go to menu 1 by pressing OK. Use the up and down buttons to choose
101, then press OK again.
• Use the up and down buttons to scroll to your choice, A1 or A2...
• Make your selection by pressing OK.
• Return to previous menu by pressing the up button for three seconds. To
return to main menu, press the up button for three seconds once again.
• Check that the correct address (A1 or A2 ...etc) shows alternating with
the return temperature.

4.2 Thermostatic control

In this mode the pump is controlled entirely of a digital switch. The switch is
closed when the heat pump should run and the signal is open when the heat
pump should be turned off. See electric diagram for connecting the cable. Use
a cable approved for 230V AC.
4.2.1 Set the heatpump to be controlled by a

thermostatic control:
• Press the OK button for more than 5 seconds.
• Go to menu 1 by pressing OK. Use the up and down buttons to choose
101, then press OK again.
• Use the up and down buttons to scroll to the letter "t" appears.
• Make your selection by pressing OK.
• Return to previous menu by pressing the up button for three seconds. To
return to main menu, press the up button for three seconds once again.
• Check that the correct return temperature is showing.

4.3 Fixed return stop

In this mode the heat pump work towards a fixed return temperature, and is
not controlled by a superior system.
4.3.1 Set a fi xed return temperature:
• Press the OK button for more than 5 seconds.
• Go to menu 1 by pressing OK. Use the up and down buttons to choose
101, then press OK again.
• Use the up and down buttons to scroll to your choice of return
temperature.
• Make your selection by pressing OK.
• Return to previous menu by pressing the up button for three seconds. To
return to main menu, press the up button for three seconds once again.
• Check that the correct return temperature is showing.
