Shaft guide regulation
In order to get a good cutting, it is very important to make
sure that the shaft guide and the saw blade are lined. We
must draw one line 4 meters long and, with the blade saw
mounted, place the blade on the line. Finally, loose the screw
of the pointer and also place on the line.

MACHINING
Start up
You must follow the motor manufacturer's manual and make
sure that the blade does not touch the floor when the motor
is going to be started
Work all time with the blade guard.
Control cutting depth
Turning left or right the wheel, the blade will be raisen or
lowen just to reach the cutting depth. Start the cut slowly.
Cutting correction
If the saw blade does not cut just on the line, turn gradually
the machine in order to reach again the line, but do not force
in order not to damage the blade.

END THE CUTTING
When you end the cutting, raise the machine in order to
avoid that the blade saw touches the floor, close the water
valve, and turn off the motor. The blade never should continue
turning if it is not cutting.

MAINTENANCE

Motor
Follow the instruction manual of the motor.
Belts
Control the tightness of the belts and the lined up of
pulleys, maximum each 15-20 days. For tighten the belts,
get out the belts guard, loose the fix screw motor, with the
tightening screw, and tighten the belts (8 or 10 mm looseness).
Tighten the fix screw motor, the tightening screw ant put the
guards pulleys.
When one of the belts is broken, it is recommended to
change all the belts.
Lubrication of the spindle
The spindle should be cleaned each week, depending
on the work.
Daily
• Control the oil level motor. The motor has a level oil control.
• Control the air filters, and changes if it is necessary.
• Control the sparkplug (minimum distance 0,7 mm)
• Clean the feed system
• Clean the cooling system
• Lubricate grease nipples
• Clean and lubricate the up - down spindle.
