correct fixing of the blade, due to the fact that the inner
flange is fixed to the shaft and the thread is left handed
and tough.
Skate
The skate is also assembled on two bearings that are
straightened in an axial position. The cutting depth is settled
with the spindle. The diameter of the wheels is 100 mm, on
stem bearings.
Shaft guide
The bar is assembled to two rigid supports. The adjustable
pointer makes an easier settlement for the user. The shaft
guide has also a small wheel that provides a better job.
Rear wheel
Each 125 mm diameter wheels is assembled on a stem
bearing. The user can choose if the rear wheels are settled
inside or outside the chassis.
Chassis
The chassis has been manufactured with reinforced steel.
It has been designed to distribute all the weight on the blade,
but also is correctly balanced in order to give a good handling
and stability.
Cooling blade saw system
The machine has two cooling blade saw systems, external
and internal systems.
External.- It is possible to couple a water hose directly to
the coupling on the blade guard. This system is
the most recommended.
Internal.- The water tank that has the machine makes
possible the cooling system. The user must control
the quantity of water not to work never without
any water. The water tank spends around 10
minutes getting empty.
Do not saw without water. The machine and the blade can
be damaged.

BEFORE MACHINING
Motor
Check the oil level of the motor. Fill the petrol tank with
normal lead-free petrol.
Blade cooling
Open the water valve and check that the water reaches both
sides of the saw blade. It is recommended to use as mach
as water as possible. If the water supply is made of the
water tank, the user must verify regularly that it is not empty.
Selecting and fixing saw blade
Select the correct blade saw depending on the required
cutting depth and speed. Ensure that the saw blade is a wet
type. Raise the front part of the machine turning the wheel.
Loose the screw of the blade casing and raise it as much
as possible. Afterwards, loose the nut and mount the blade
carefully taking into account the direction of rotation. Place
again the flange and fix the nut. Move again the blade casing
downwards.
Never saw without the saw blade casing.
