Abbildung 1 zeigt die Ex-
plosionsdarstellung eines
AMP CO Plus Installations-
Kits mit der Tyco Electronics
Teilenummer 1394582-1.
Diese Verarbeitungsanlei-
tung ist ebenfalls gültig für die
PN 2-1394582-1.
Verarbeitung:
1. Kabelmantel auf einer
Länge von 70mm
sorgfältig entfernen.
2. Geflechtschirm nach
hinten über den Kabel-
mantel legen und auf
eine Länge von
10mm verdrehen (siehe
Abbildung 2).
3. Optional: Geflecht
Kupferband fixieren.
4. Folienschirme gemäß
Ablängvorlage (Teile
Nummer 336547-1) ab-
schneiden (1:1 Vorlage
"von oben", "links" oder
"rechts" verwenden).
5. Randsteckverbinder
die Haltematrize (Teile
Nummer 569949-1)
einsetzen (siehe
Abbildung 3).
6. Adern gemäß
Farbkodierung in
Randsteckverbinder
einlegen. (Folienschirm
so nahe wie möglich an
Randsteckverbinder
führen). Aderverdrillung
nicht öffnen, wenn nötig
in Schlagrichtung
weiterdrehen (siehe
Abbildung 4).

Installation:
1. Strip cable jacket back
approx 70mm.
2. Fold the metal braid
back over
jacket on a length of
approx. 10mm
ca.

3. Optional: Fix the metal

braid with copper tape.
4. Cut pair
according
template (Part Number
336547-1).
