Description of UDI mark
This mark is required by a unique device identification rule (UDI rule) issued by the FDA of
the USA to uniquely identify medical devices. The following information is encoded into a
two-dimensional barcode (GS1 DataMatrix).

UDI mark on DVD-ROM packaging
The UDI mark is affixed to the packaging of the DVD-ROM.
UDI mark in the software
You can check the UDI code in the software using the following procedure.
1. Click the [Help] button, and select [About Network System Manager].
2. Click the [UDI] button.
The UDI code is displayed.
If for any reason the UDI code is difficult to recognize, contact your Sony service
representative.
