15.Defrosting and water drainage (Rif. 22)

The Wengen refrigerated cabinet line is fitted with an electric defrosting system (via
refrigeration cycle stop - n° 2 x 30 min. defrosting periods daily - and the use of
armoured electrical resistances).

15_1.Water drainage:

To evacuate the defrost water you must:
provide a drain to ground with a slight slope;
install the syphon supplied between the drain pipe of the cabinet and the
connection to ground.
hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.
In this way, it is possible to avoid: bad odors inside the cabinet, dispersion of
refrigerated air, and the possible malfunction of the cabinet due to humidity.
Periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a
qualified installer.

16.Lighting

The lighting inside the cabinet is obtained by fluorescent bulbs (58W 4000K) positioned
vertically behind the cabinet frame uprights. The light switch is positioned at the base
of the cabinet.
The reactors, the starters and the condensers are positioned on the roof of the cabinet.
