Setup Instructions
Introduction
Congratulations and thank you for purchasing the innovative Car Adapter from Belkin. This product is
designed to charge and power your iPod shuffle as you drive. Please review this User Manual carefully
so that you can be sure you'll get the most from your iPod shuffle, virtually anywhere you go.
Setup Instructions:
1. Turn down the volume on your car stereo.
2. Connect the Car Adapter between your iPod and the cigarette lighter. The LED on the Car Adapter
indicates proper connection. You may now turn on your iPod and begin use.
NOTE: We recommend that you use the Car Adapter with the engine running.
Failure to do so may result in the discharging of your vehicle battery.
3. Connect your cassette adapter, FM transmitter, or any other audio equipment to the 3.5mm
audio-out jack and listen to your iPod through your car stereo or portable stereo device.
4. Use the included cord-management strap to organize the excess cable.

Félicitations et merci d'avoir choisi l'Adaptateur voiture de Belkin. Ce produit vous permet d'alimenter et
recharger votre iPod shuffle, tout en conduisant. Veuillez prendre connaissance de la totalité de ce manuel,
afin de tirer le meilleur de votre d shuffle, où que vous soyez.
Instructions de mise en route :
1. Baissez le volume de l'autoradio.
2. Branchez l'Adaptateur voiture à votre iPod et l'allume-cigare. Le témoin de l'Adaptateur voiture indique
si le raccordement est bon. Si c'est le cas, vous pouvez allumer l'iPod et l'utiliser.
REMARQUE : Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser l'Adaptateur voiture le moteur en marche,
faute de quoi vous pourriez décharger la batterie du véhicule.
3. Raccordez un adaptateur à cassette, un émetteur FM ou tout autre appareil audio à la prise de sortie
audio de 3,5 mm et écoutez votre iPod sur votre autoradioou otre appareil stéréo portable.
4. Utilisez le système de rangement du câble pour organiser le câble excédentaire.

Belkin Corporation warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for its warranty period. If
a defect is discovered, Belkin will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge provided it is returned
during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to the authorized Belkin dealer from whom you
purchased the product. Proof of purchase may be required.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; if the
product has been modified without written permission of Belkin; or if any Belkin serial number has been removed
or defaced.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL
OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BELKIN SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
