A.
Mounting Machine to Table
1.
TC 4.5 has mounting clamps installed. Place saw on edge
of table and secure 2 ½ -13 HHCS with 3/4" wrench.
2.
For permanent installation, remove mounting clamps by loos-
ening the 2 ½-13 HHCS with 3/4" wrench. Fasten frame to
table using 1/2" holes in frame.
B.
Inboard and Outboard Saw Blade Installation
(for outboard blade installation, please skip step 1)
Disconnect power when chang-
ing blade. Failure to do so could
result in serious injury.
1.
(inboard only) Rotate cutter gear box 45° clockwise (Figure
1). Rotate cutter depth knob clockwise until cutter gear box
is at upper most position. Rotate cutter gear box counter
clockwise 45° to its starting point. Open vise, rotate vise
handle counter clockwise.

Loosen 3/8-24 SHCS blade bolt with 5/16 allen key.

Remove blade retainer from cutter gear box. (Figure 3)
4.
Select blade, use reference chart on page 10.
5.
Place blade and blade retainer into cutter gear box.
Use blade bolt hole for alignment.

Place blade in correct rotation (counter clockwise )

7.
Secure 3/8-24 SHCS blade bolt with 5/16" allen key.
