Warranty

This product is guaranteed by Lurbe Group S.A., with the legal warranty
afforded in Spain by Act 23/2003, July 10, regarding warranty in the sale
of consumer goods. This warranty is valid exclusively within the European
Union and exclusively for the aforementioned device. In other countries,
warranty shall be provided in compliance with provisions in law in each
case.
This warranty does not affect the rights available to consumers in
accordance with provisions in this law; it provides additional advantages
to their statutory rights.
Consumers are entitled to have their defective object replaced for another
new as long as the NGS Home product has not been damaged due to
improper use; or other uses other than described in this manual; a repair
performed by non specialized staff; deterioration of the product due to
external agents such as lime or other harmful, chemical, obstructive or
corrosive products; from improper maintenance; or lack of cleaning.
NGS Home declines all kinds of responsibility due to eventual damages that
persons, things and animals may suffer directly or indirectly due to failing to
follow the indications provided in the instructions manual; especially those
regarding usage warnings and product maintenance.
NGS Home grants this product two years of warranty from the purchase date
confirmed by invoice, purchase ticket or corresponding delivery note.
The action to claim for the fulfilment of provisions herein shall prescribe six
months after the warranty period.
