INNER MIDDLE PADDING (Shell)
Before removing the inner shell, remove the cheek pads as specified in the previous paragraph.
The inner lining is fixed to the shell through semi-rigid inserts inserted between the shell and the inner polystyrene
padding; to remove it just slide out these inserts from the sides of the lining and pull delicately, to avoid damaging the
seams and the fabric, towards the lower part of the helmet.
Removing the part
Remove the head guard (see figure 7.A), by first removing the side Velcro straps A and then pulling it out (see figure
7.A) from the back part of the shell B. Then remove (see figure 7.C)the inner shell by pulling it out C from the sides
and then from the front part of the shell.
Fitting the part - (see figure 7.B and 7.C)
Position the shell inside the helmet by checking the fitting direction. Insert the semi rigid tonguesD between the shell
and the inner polystyrene padding starting from the front part and moving all around the helmet. After fitting it, verify
that the shell fits correctly inside the helmet (polystyrene padding) without folds. Position the head guard and fix it in
position inserting the semi rigid tongue in the lower part of the shell. Block the side Velcro straps by pressing them
down evenly. Remove the cheek pads as described in the previous paragraph.

REMBOURRAGE CENTRAL INTERNE (Petite calotte)
Avant d'enlever la calotte interne, il faut enlever les oreillettes comme indiqué au paragraphe précédent.
Le revêtement interne est fixé à la calotte par des inserts semi-rigides coincés entre la calotte et le rembourrage
interne en polystyrène ; pour l'enlever, il suffit de sortir ces inserts en intervenant sur le bord du revêtement et en tirant
délicatement, pour éviter d'endommager les coutures et les tissus, vers la partie inférieure du casque.
Enlèvement
Enlever le pare-nuque (voir figure 7.A) en libérant en premier les bandes velcro latérales de fixation A et en le sortant
(voir figure 7.B) par la partie arrière de la calotte B. Sortir ensuite la calotte interne en l'extrayant par les bords laté-
raux et par la partie frontale de la calotte.
Montage - (voir figure 7.B et 7.C)
Placer la calotte à l'intérieur du casque en contrôlant le sens de montage. Introduire les languettes semi-rigides D
entre la calotte et le rembourrage interne en polystyrène en commençant par l'avant et en poursuivant sur le périmè-
tre du casque. Après la fixation, contrôler que la calotte adhère correctement à l'intérieur du casque (rembourrage en
polystyrène) sans formation de plis ou de renflements. Placer le pare-nuque et le fixer en place en insérant la lan-
guette semi-rigide dans la partie arrière de la calotte. Bloquer les fixations latérales en Velcro en exerçant une pres-
sion uniforme dessus. Remonter les oreillettes comme décrit dans le paragraphe précédent.

IMBOTTITURE
IMBOTTITURA CENTRALE INTERNA (Calottina)
Prima di rimuovere la calotta interna è necessario rimuovere i guanciali come specificato al paragrafo precedente.
Il rivestimento interno è fissato alla calotta mediante inserti semirigidi incuneati tra la calotta e l'imbottitura interna in
polistirolo; per rimuoverlo è sufficiente sfilare questi inserti agendo sul bordo del rivestimento e tirando delicatamente, per
evitare di danneggiare le cuciture ed i tessuti, verso la parte inferiore del casco.
Rimozione
Rimuovere il paranuca (vedi figura 7.A), liberando prima i fissaggi Velcro laterali A ed estraendolo successivamente
(vedi figura 7.B) dalla parte posteriore della calotta B. Estrarre poi (vedi figura 7.C) la calottina interna estraendola C
dal bordi laterali e dalla parte frontale della calotta.
