Requires an Android or iOS phone. For Android™, you need a compatible
phone running Android 6.0 or newer. For iOS, you need iOS 11.0 newer.

CONDUCTIVE APPAREL
The electronics used in your Cit-e backpack with Jacquard
are conductive. As with any conductive articles of jewelry and clothing
(such as watch bands, bracelets, rings, necklaces), take care so they
don't come in contact with energized objects such as exposed electrical
wiring. Such contact may cause electric shock or injury, or damage to
Jacquard.
NAVIGATION, ACTUAL CONDITIONS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Jacquard can access mapping and navigation services. Because
these services may depend on a working data connection and location
services, they may not be available at all times. When you use Jacquard
for navigation, you may find that actual conditions differ from the map,
data, traffic, directions, content and other results, so exercise your
independent judgment and use navigation at your own risk. You're
responsible at all times for your conduct and its consequences. Please
carefully review directions, use common sense and follow all applicable
traffic laws and signs.
DISTRACTION
Using Jacquard when performing certain activities can distract you
and may cause a dangerous situation for you or others. To reduce the
risk of accidents (and because it may be prohibited by law in many
places), do not use Jacquard while driving or operating machinery,
and do not use it while engaging in any activities that have potentially
serious consequences. Follow local laws about using mobile devices,
headphones and helmets.
EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS
Jacquard operates using radio signals and may not establish or
maintain a connection in all conditions. Wireless devices (such
as Jacquard Tag, paired with your phone) may not be reliable for
emergency communications. While some jurisdictions transmit
emergency information over wireless networks, Jacquard paired with
your companion phone may not always receive these communications
depending upon network and wireless connectivity.
HEARING LOSS
Prolonged exposure to loud sounds (including music) can cause hearing
loss. To prevent possible hearing damage, avoid listening at high volume
for prolonged periods of time. Continued exposure to high volumes
and background noise can make loud sounds seem quieter than they
actually are. Check the volume before using headphones or earphones.
ALTITUDE
Cit-e backpack is not intended to be used above 2000 meters altitude.
AGE LIMITATION
Jacquard should not be used by children under the age of 14.
