Never connect the fittings to your building water supply or any water
pressure source.
NOTE Ensure your plumbing is rated to withstand 110 psi at the highest
operating temperature.
It is important to keep the distance between the chiller and the instrument
being cooled as short as possible. Tubing should be straight and without
bends. If diameter reductions must be made, they should be made at the
inlet and outlet of your application, not at the chiller.
All chillers have a ball-valve reservoir drain located on the rear. Add the
desired length of tubing to the drain valve. To help prevent any spillage
from your application, consider installing external isolation valves on the
supply and return lines.
Never use flammable or corrosive fluids with this chiller. Do not use
automotive antifreeze. Commercial antifreeze contains silicates that
can damage the pump seals. Use of automotive antifreeze will void
the manufacturer's warranty.
