(Fig. 2)
- Fasten plate G onto the mixer M, then tighten the whole assembly onto the three 3/4" nuts
on the three pipes.
- Fix plate G in place with the 2 screws H at the back of the box then install the M1/2" shower head (Fig. 8).
- Using the control lever CR (Fig. 4) open the 2 valves R and check for leaks (open = position O
and closed = position F).
(Fig. 3)
- Mount wall plate support I making sure it is level with the drainage point towards the bottom.
- Carefully tighten the 4 screws J.
(Fig. 4)
- Loosen but do not remove the 4 screws K with a 2.5mm Allen key.
- Mount the wall plate L on the support I (Fig. 3) making sure it is level.
- Tighten the 4 screws K.
(Fig. 4, 5 and 6)
- Place the control lever CR on the mixer spindle T (Fig. 2) in the closed position CR-A.
- Allow 2-5mm play between the control lever stop point BUT and the stop point BR-A on the red
index ring BR.
- Turn the control lever to the stop point CR-B, then tighten the grub screw V.
Test: In position CR-A, the mixer is closed; turn the control lever CR anti-clockwise until it stops
at the point CR-B
In the mixed water position, the maximum water temperature should not exceed 39°C. If it does,
re-commission the mixer.
TEMPERATURE CALIBRATION & COMMISSIONING
Our mixers are pre-set at the factory under 3 bar pressure, with hot and cold water supply pressures
balanced, and hot water temperature at 65°C +/- 5°C and cold water temperature at 15°C +/-5°C.
If the conditions of use are different, the mixed water temperature may differ from the set temperature
(39°C). The control lever should be repositioned to the corresponding temperature:
• Turn the control lever CR to position CR-B (BR-B).
• Take a reading of the temperature with a digital thermometer.
• Loosen the grub screw V without fully removing it, using a 2.5mm Allen key, and remove the control
lever.
• With a 2.5 mm Allen key, turn the screw situated on the spindle T clockwise or anti-clockwise
to adjust the mixed water temperature (max. 41°C for showers).
• Reposition the control lever CR in position CR-B (Fig. 5). Check that the stop point BUT (control lever CR)
(Fig. 4) is as close as possible to the stop point BR-B (index ring BR) tighten the grub screw V (Fig. 4
and 6).
• Check that the mixer closes by turning the control lever to position CR-A, the water should stop
when the control lever reaches the stop point BR-A (Fig. 5 and 6).
THERMAL SHOCK
• It is possible to activate a thermal shock at the temperature of the hot water in the system:
- Turn control lever CR to position CR-B (Fig. 5).
- Loosen the grub screw V without fully removing it, using a 2.5mm Allen key and remove the control
lever CR (Fig. 4).
- Using the 2.5mm Allen key CLE, turn the screw on the spindle T as far as possible to achieve
the temperature of the hot water in the system (approx. 3 turns) (Fig. 7) (channel the water from
the shower head).
