2.3 DESCRIPTION
It has been long known that crystallized honey becomes liquid again under the effect of heat.
The warming cabinet can be effectively used to liquefy crystallized honey.
A temperature of approx. 45/50°C is recommended.
It sometimes happens that frames remain in the workshop without honey being extracted. In this case the honey
gets cold and causes fluidity problems at the time of extraction.
By introducing the supers full of honey inside the warming cabinet, the initial temperature is reset and honey
can be extracted with no problems.
The warming cabinet is made from a painted, electrically welded main structure that supports pre-painted steel
sheet panels with polyurethane foam insulation.
It can contain 300 kg honey drums, ripeners of capacity up to 400 kg, a minimum of 24 25 kg cans or an
equivalent quantity of honey in jars.
Two heating elements are provided inside the cabinet each
fitted with a 1000W resistor and a tangential blower to
circulate air inside.
Temperature is controlled by means of a thermometer inside
3.1 PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS BEFORE USE
The machine is ready for use after connection to the mains power supply via an electric socket up to safety
standards.
The control panel must be installed in its correct position before starting the machine.

has no bottom. The honey drums to heat are not moved, instead the
warming cabinet is placed onto them.
