1. Press the ON/OFF button and insert
the food sensor.
2. Select the desired program and
confirm by pressing the knob.
3. If necessary, change the desired
temperature and confirm. Press

4. The appliance will start the blast
chilling cycle until the set temperature
is reached.
At the end of the cycle, the appliance
will go into holding mode.
1. Press the ON/OFF button.
Make sure the food sensor is not
inserted.
2. Select the desired program and
confirm by pressing the knob.
3. Select the quantity and confirm. Press
.
4. The appliance will start the blast
chilling cycle. The display will indicate
the total time and the progressive
cycle time .
At the end of the cycle, the appliance
will go into holding mode.
