- Outdoors.
- Directly above sinks or cooking appliances.
ATTENTION: This carbon monoxide detector is only intended for
use inside the house, do not expose to rain or moisture. Will not
protect from carbon monoxide poisoning if the battery is drained.
Opening or modifying the detector may result in malfunctions.

INSTALLING THE CO DETECTOR

This CO detector is battery operated and does not require wiring.
It may be wall-mounted using the included fasteners or set on a
level surface.
For wall mounting:
- After determining the ideal location, first verify there are no electric
cables or pipes in this area.
- Mark the two mounting holes (2).
- Drill the mounting holes as marked.
- Insert the plugs into the holes.
