• Agire sul pomello (A) per
allentare la tensione del
nastro e contemporanea-
mente sfilare il nastro stes-
so dai rulli.
• Inserire il nuovo nastro con le
frecce rivolte verso il rullo con-
dotto (senso di rotazione del mo-
tore).
Il montaggio del nastro in senso opposto a
quello indicato dalle frecce stampigliate nel-
la sua parte interna, genera inevitabilmente la rot-
tura del nastro stesso.
• Effettuare la centratura, agendo (nei due sensi) sul
pomello (B - F. 14).
• Imprimere manualmente al nastro, un paio di rota-
zioni, nel senso indicato dalle frecce.
NOTA - Durante questa manovra, se il nastro è mon-
tato correttamente, tende a spostarsi verso
l'esterno.
• Eseguire la regolazione di centratura definitiva, del
nastro.
• Rimontare i carter precedentemente rimossi.
• Avviare il motore per verificare la corretta rotazione
del nastro abrasivo.
Durante l'utilizzo della macchina, l'inevitabile
riscaldamento del nastro ne può procurare l'al-
lungamento. È quindi necessario controllarlo di fre-
quente e se necessario, ripristinare le regolazioni.
