 Keep button pressed and remove the battery.
 Disconnect mains power plug from the mains power socket.
 Store battery charger in a dry, frost-proof place.
Store the battery only in a charged state! Fully recharge the battery after 12 months of stor-
age, at the latest!
Troubleshooting:
Before eliminating faults, disconnect the mains power plug!
- Fault lamp (4) is lit red: Battery temperature outside the permissible charging temperature
(5°C to 45°C).
- Fault lamp (4) flashes red: Battery is defective.
If the battery temperature is between 5°C and 45°C and the red fault lamp (4) is nevertheless lit,
there may be a faulty contact.
- Clean contact points on battery.
In the event of other faults, please contact VIRAX Service. Repairs should only be carried out by
VIRAX after sales service.

Care and Maintenance

P25+:
Remove the battery prior to carrying out any work on the machine.
Check that the press jaws are fully functional. Damaged press jaws must not be used and must
be sent to VIRAX after sales service.
Check that the press jaw and drive rolls move freely.
Check the bolt for signs of damage at regular intervals. Have damaged bolts replaced by VIRAX
after sales service.
Clean and grease the drive rolls, the bolt and press jaws when you have finished work.
Use only high quality pressing or ball bearing grease.
The pressing contour must be kept free of grease.
All other servicing, maintenance and repair work must be carried out by VIRAX after sales ser-
vice.
If the seal is damaged the warranty will be null and void.
After 20.000 pressing cycles or 2 years have the machine serviced by VIRAX after sales service.
When dispatching the machine ensure that it is packed in its carrying case completely with bat-
tery and charger in the carry case only.
Electro-hydraulic machine does not exceed 3 hours in a -5° C storage.
Disconnect battery from machine before storing.
Send the machine to the workshop in the carry case only.

If the supply cord of this appliance is damaged, please contact VIRAX after sales service.

Warranty

The warranty covers:
This warranty covers all material or manufacturing faults for your VIRAX crimper. In this case,
the tool will be returned to you without cost. Your tool will be repaired or replaced identically.
The warranty does not cover:
Faults due to incorrect use, abuse, failure to respect usage instructions, intervention on the ma-
chine by a person not approved by an approved After Sales Service repair centre or normal
wear are not covered by this warranty.
If the crimper reaches 20,000 crimping cycles during the warranty period, the user must send it
to the After Sales Service.
