Cleaning the Print Head
CAUTION:
When cleaning the print head, do not touch it immediately after printing

because it may be very hot. See Illustration . Wait for a while until the
temperature goes down.
Power off the printer and open the roll paper cover. Remove the dirt on the
thermal element of the print head with a cotton swab slightly moistened with an
alcohol solvent (ethanol, methanol, or isopropyl alcohol).
For good print quality, it is recommended to clean the print head regularly
(approximately every 3 months).
