i can't maKe coffee.
Make sure the green LED stays lit. While the machine is warming up, it is normal that you should not be able to make coffee :
check the machine is not in standby mode.
Check that the machine is not on standby, if yes, press button ( n°2 ) On/Off to turn it on again and wait for it to reach its
temperature ( the green diode stays on ).
tHe pod is not eJected
Check that the pod bin is empty.
tHe coffee does not come out of tHe spout
Check the level of water in the tank.
tHe Led does not come on
Check that the machine is correctly connected to the mains.
Check that the hood is closed.
tHe diode fLasHes rapidLy
Check that the cover is closed.
Check that a dose is not trapped in the coffee unit and because the unit is clean.
To do this, take the cover unit apart and clean it ( see TAKING THE UNIT APART ).
cleaninG
Turn the coffee machine off and leave it to cool down completely for cleaning it.
Important: never clean the lighting plates with a solution that contains alcohol or any other solvent ( window cleaning
product for example ). use a soapy solution ( so diluted in water ) with a soft rag.
Clean the body of the coffee machine often with a sponge and also the water tank,
drainer and removable tray
Reminder: Never immerse the machine in water to clean it.
takinG the coFFee unit apart
If a pod gets stuck, you may have to clean the section.
To do this, turn the control selector to the OFF position, open the machine's hood, release the section by pulling the latch
towards you.
Turn the section anti-clockwise. Reverse this procedure to return the section to its place.
Be careful : if you forget to lock the section you will not be able to close the hood and the safety device will prevent
the machine from functioning.
