Press the power button to quickly go to the clock display
interface.
To change the clock display on your watch, press the current
screen for 3 seconds, swipe to the right or left, and choose the
one that suits you best between the different dials. To select it,
just click once.
Pedometer
The watch automatically records the daily number of steps and
calories. Tap the screen to view the week's step report.
Measured data is only indicative.
Multi-sport mode
Select the mode you need and press the start button to select it.
The watch will reach the position detection interface, reminding
you to stand in the open area to get a better signal (except for
"run inside" mode). To begin the activity, you have to wait for
the GPS position to load (the first time may take several
minutes to download the data from the satellites). Once the
position is successfully acquired, the watch automatically starts
recording sports activities. Scroll up and down the display to
show the distance, speed, heart rate, calories, and duration.
After 15 seconds, the watch screen is locked. Once locked, the
list of data changes to three lines and can be unlocked by
pressing any button.
To finish the sport, drag your finger left or right to stop the
sport and press the "√" button to save the sporting record.
Heart rate monitor
By clicking on the watch screen watch continuously monitors
the heart rate and synchronizes with your application. You can
immediately read the heartbeat data on your watch. After
