SETTING THE AUXILIARY HANDLE
Due to safety reasons always use auxiliary handle when operating the demolition hammer.
Auxiliary handle can be fixed at any point on the hammer casing circumference and features stepped
adjustment of its position.
● Loosen the locking knob for auxiliary handle (8).
● Rotate the auxiliary handle (7) on the hammer casing circumference to the most comfortable position
considering the work at hand.
● Pull the auxiliary handle (7) away from the hammer casing and set up in appropriate position (fig. A).
● Tighten the locking knob for auxiliary handle (8) to fix it securely.
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF WORKING TOOLS
The hammer is designed to operate with working tools with SDS Max shanks. Prior to starting operation
clean the hammer and working tools. Use grease and apply thin layer onto shank of the working tool
(fig. B). It will improve tool durability.
Disconnect the power tool from power supply.
● Put the hammer against work bench.
● Hold the fixing sleeve (2) of the SDS chuck (1) and overcome the spring resistance to pull it to the back.
(Refer to the graphic symbols on the fixing sleeve.)
● Insert working tool shank into chuck and slide it to mechanical stop (it may be necessary to turn the
working tool so it can reach appropriate position) (fig. C).
● Release the fixing sleeve (2), it will finally lock the working tool.
