Prepare Aquaper
using appropriate

structions
for Use.
Attach Aquaper
bracket to the right
hand rail and secure.
Fit double connector
into Aquaper.
Fill Aquaper bowl to top mark with
distilled
water.
Insert sterile microbial
filter
654 ST with the ISOclic
connec-
tion into the inspiratory
poft as far
as it will go, until the disconnect
mechanism
engages.
For home Ventilation, the one-way
bacterial
filter 84 09 716 may also
be used.

. Fit 0.6 m hose to bacterial
filter
and to inlet port on the Aquaper.
Connect
two 0.6 m hoses to a
water trap and fit one end to outlet
pori on the Aquaper.
Fit adaptor for temperature
sensor
into the other end.
Connect
thermometer
to adaptor.
Fit expiratoly
valve into the adaptor.
Fit coloured
hose for aiway
press-
ure measurement
to the left port
(black ring) and to the port on the
expiratofy
valve.
Fit transparent
control hose to the
right pori
(white ring) and to
the
white port
in the cap on the expir-
atory valve.
