for the first time.
Keep the instruction manual for any future queries.
Before plugging in the machine, make sure that the power supply

4. RM95R TRIMMER – GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The RM95R trimmer offers the definitive solution to trimming old
frames when replacing doors. It is a high-performance machine, which
allows you to effortlessly cut both frames and crossbeams. Thanks to
the length of the blade and to the powerful motor, it can cut frames
of up to 155 mm in thickness, very tough job without such a tool. The
high-precision cutting allows you to place the new piece of wood
straight onto the cut surface, with no need for blocks or wedges.
5. ASSEMBLING THE LONGITUDINAL GUIDE,
THE CLAMP VISES AND THE STAND
Inside the carry bag you will find the longitudinal guide in two sections,
which makes it easier to transport and facilitates crossbeam cutting
using the upper section.
2
Assemble the longitudinal guide as follows:
1- Insert the upper and lower vise clamps that you will find in the case
to correspond with the upper and lower sections of the guide, and fix
in place using lever "A" (Fig. 1 and 2).
2- Fit the stand of the trimmer "B" (Fig. 2) to the lower section, releasing
catch "C". To do this, turn anti-clockwise and insert the stand guide
into the channel in the lower section. Once you have fully introduced
it, release the catch and the stand will be locked into position.
3- Insert the tightening rod end "E" (Fig. 3.1) of the upper section
into the hole of the sideways bolt mounted on the lower section and
fit the 4 centring pins "D" into the holes of the lower section outline
in order to align both sections. Thread the rod with the service key
on the upper area of the section (Fig. 3.2) until both sections make
contact, and tighten it hard.
4- Assemble the back protector "L", introducing it through the guide
and fixing in place using knob "M1" (Fig. 7).
