Additional handle features telescopic extension available after
pressing the lock button (7), it allows to adjust arm length to the
user's needs.
INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
Additional handle is a convenient holder for accessories.
• Install additional handle (8) in the rear part of the device casing,
tighten screws (included) to secure in place (fig. J).
LANCE AND GUN HANDLE ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY
• Connect two parts of the lance (a) by pressing them slightly
(observe the notch in the joint) and turning one part by 15
another (fig. A).
• Use the same method to join the lance (a) with the gun handle (b).
• Disassemble the lance in reverse order.
• Connect the lance (a) and the gun handle (b) by slightly pressing
the lance into the gun handle and turning it by 15
• Disassemble the lance in reverse order.
PRESSURE HOSE AND WATER SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
Filter placed in the water inlet should always be installed to filter
out sand, limestone and other contaminations that could damage
valves in the cleaner pump.
• Screw the pressure hose connector (c) onto water outlet connector
with thread (2) (fig. C)
• Install connection of the water inlet (g) on the water inlet connector
(3) (fig. E).
• Use the / trigger lock lever (d) to lock the trigger (e) of the gun
handle (b) (fig. D).
• Connect water supply hose to water inlet connector (g) (water
supply hose is not included).
• Connect the water supply hose to a water valve.
• Switch on the water supply, ensure the water supply valve is fully
opened.
Water temperature on the inlet connector must not be higher
0
than 40
C. Water supply hose parameters should be as follows:
working pressure 3 bar or higher, inner diameter 13 mm (1/2").
Water should be clean and free from sand and corrosive
substances. Dry operation (without water) will damage the
device.
Press the trigger of the gun handle before starting operation to
remove air from the pump and pressuer hose.
WATER STREAM ADJUSTMENT
Nozzle enables stream adjustment from very narrow to wide.
• Take the lance (a) body with one hand.
• Turn the nozzle (f) with the other hand (turn left or right) until
required stream is set (fig. F).
Use narrow stream to clean small and very dirty surfaces (very high
water pressure). Use wide stream to clean large, slightly dirty surfaces
(high water pressure).
IMMEDIATE HALT SYSTEM
High pressure cleaner is equipped with immediate halt system
that is motor protection. When the gun handle trigger is released
the motor halts.
Pressing the trigger again will start the motor again.
SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF
When using the cleaner it is recommended to hold the gun handle
with one hand and the lance with the other. Using two hands to
hold protects against uncontrolled recoil of the lance when
0
against
starting up and during operation.
The mains voltage must match the voltage on the rating plate of
the high pressure cleaner.
• Ensure the high pressure cleaner is assembled and prepared for use
properly.
0
(fig. A).
• Ensure the water supply valve is fully opened.
• Ensure the switch (5) is off, position '0' .
• Insert the power cord plug to mains socket.
• Press the switch button (5) and set to the ON position marked with
'I' (fig. G).
• Release the trigger lock lever (d) of the gun handle (b) and direct
the nozzle (f) outlet onto the testing surface.
• Press the trigger (e) and wait until air and conatminations get out
of the nozzle.
• Adjust water stream.
• Proceed with cleaning.
On the side surface of the cleaner casing you can find convenient
hooks for power cord (9) used to hang power cord when handling or
storing the device.
SWITCHING OFF THE CLEANER AFTER CLEANING
• Press the switch button (5) and set to the position marked with 'O'
• Close water supply with the valve.
• Drain the water that is inside the cleaner pump and pressure hose
by pressing the trigger (e) until the water stops coming out of the
nozzle.
• Use the trigger lock button (d) to lock the trigger (e).
• Disconnect the high pressure cleaner from power supply.
The pressure inside the cleaner remains. Do not direct the water
stream onto persons, animals, electric equipment and the device
itself, even after switching the cleaner off.
Ambient temperature during cleaner operation should be
between 5
TRIGGER LOCKING
When temporary break in operation is neaded, it is absolutely
necessary to secure the trigger with the trigger lock lever located
on the gun handle to avoid accidental start up.
Locking the trigger – set the the trigger lock lever in the locked
position (fig. D).
