■ Beat eggs and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes at
setting max/4 until frothy.
■ Switch appliance to setting min/1, add
hazelnuts and breadcrumbs and process
for ½ minute with the stirrer

250 g flour
1 packets of dry yeast
110 ml warm milk
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
40 g sugar
30 g melted and cooled fat
Graded rind of half a lemon
■ Using the kneading hook, process
all ingredients for approx. ½ minute
at setting min/1, then for approx.
3-4 minutes at setting max/4.

1 tsp. sugar
1 pinch of salt
3 tbs. oil
125 ml warm water
