STORING
• Always store the product in a clean, safe, dry place with temperatures between 0º and 45ºC.
•
Do not store the product in direct sunlight, high temperatures or humid places.
• Never store the equipment where flammable materials are present.
• Store the machine out of the reach of children.
• Before storing the electric bicycle for a long period of time, clean and lubricate all components and wax the frame.
• Deflate the tyres to half the pressure and hang the electric bicycle.

Do not cover the bicycle with plastic as this may cause "sweating" and may cause rust.
• Charge batteries every 30 days to avoid capacity loss. Batteries are slowly discharged when not used for a
long period of time, if the battery is allowed to reach a critically low voltage, its service life and capacity will be
permanently reduced.
• Always disconnect the charger from the power outlet and the battery before storing the battery.
•
Avoid storing your batteries in extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold.
• Batteries are best stored in a cool, dry place. Do not allow the batteries to accumulate condensation, as this may
cause a short circuit or corrosion.
•
The recommended storage temperature for LI-ion batteries is between 0-25°C (32-77°F).
• Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures (40°C or higher) for long periods of time.
DISPOSAL / RECYCLING
Worn products are potentially recyclable and should not be disposed of in the usual trash. Help us protect the
environment and preserve natural resources.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. Do not dispose of with household garbage. Its plastic
and metal components can be separated and recycled. Take this device to an approved recycling centre (green dot).
The materials used in the packaging of the machine are recyclable: please dispose of them in the appropriate container.
WARRANTY
This product is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers breakdowns and malfunctions of the device provided that it is used in accordance with the
indicated uses and according to the instructions in the manual.
In order to claim the guarantee, the proof of purchase (ticket or invoice) is necessary and the product must be complete
and with all its accessories.
The warranty clause does not cover deterioration caused by wear, lack of maintenance, negligence, improper assembly
or improper use (knocks, failure to respect advice for power supply, storage, conditions of use ...).
Also excluded from the guarantee are the consequences due to the use of accessories or spare parts that are not
original or not suitable for the assembly or modification of the device.
