Problem
The bike works, but the
battery manometer
won't turn on.

The bicycle runs at
full speed without
pedalling
Battery indicates a full
charge when placed
in the charger port
but the bicycle is not
running
Throttle does not
return to neutral
position (if equipped)
The bike has
intermittent power
The charger shows a
full charge in a short
period of unusual time
The charger indicator
light does not
illuminate when the
charger is plugged into
the wall outlet.
The charger light (Li-
ion) only flashes red
and never changes to
green.
Possible Cause
• The bike works, but the battery
manometer won't turn on.

• Motor connector cable defective
• Defective sensor
• Defective accelerator
• Regulator defective

• Loose connectors
• Insufficient contact between battery
terminals
• Grip stuck against the accelerator

• Defective charger

• The socket has no current

• Damaged charger port to battery cable
• Defective battery
• Check throttle and/or battery
connectors
• Inspect all cables
• Replace Battery Meter
• Cargue la batería según las

• Reemplace el eje del motor/rueda
• Replace brake inhibitors and recheck
for function
• Inspect the motor connector cable
• Replace the sensor and check again if
it works.
• Replace the throttle and check again
if it works.
• Replace the regulator and recheck if
it works.
• Replace regulator
• Check all connectors
• Inspect and clean battery terminals
• Reposition the grip so that the distance
between the grip and the accelerator is
between 1-2mm.
• Replace Throttle
