Filling the biscuit press

1. Twist the lever (A) (the arrows should
all point in the same direction) and
pull it upwards.

3. Fill the biscuit press with dough/
cake batter, icing or similar.
5. Press down the handle until the lever
reaches the contents and twist the handle
until it is locked (the arrow markings
should be lined up).

4. Select the pattern disc (F) or piping

2. Unscrew the locking ring (C) from
the base of the biscuit press.

tighten it securely.
