7. Additional information
7.1. Maintenance
The device has no components inside which require maintenance. Please only clean the front panel with a
dry cloth when necessary.
7.2. Packing instructions
To transport or store the instrument, please use the original box or a box padded with sufficient shock-
absorbing material. For storage in humid areas or shipment overseas, the device should be placed in welded
foil (ideally along with silicon gel) to protect it from humidity.
7.3. Warranty
The DA 6000-N from IMPAC Electronic GmbH has a warranty of two years from the invoice date. This war-
ranty covers manufacturing defects and faults which arise during operation only if they are the result of de-
fects caused by IMPAC Electronic GmbH. User-induced faults are not covered by this warranty.
7.4. Software warranty
The Windows compatible software was thoroughly tested on a wide range of windows operating systems and
in several world languages. Nevertheless, there is always a possibility that a windows or PC configuration or
some other unforeseen condition exists that would cause the software not to run smoothly. The manufacturer
assumes no responsibility or liability and will not guarantee the performance of the software. Liability regard-
ing any direct, or indirect damage caused by this software is excluded.
7.5. Limit of liability
IMPAC Electronic GmbH is not liable for any damages that arise from the use of any examples or processes
mentioned in this manual.
