OPERATION
Always turn the changeover device as far as it will go to the operating or reserve side!
No intermediate position!

Reserve - operating side
is empty
GREEN on the changeover
device points to the
cylinder(s) on the empty
operating side. The visual
indicator is at RED
"reserve".

Cylinder replacement
during operation
Set the changeover device
so that GREEN is pointing
to the cylinder(s) on the
reserve side. The visual
indicator changes from
RED "reserve" to GREEN
"operation".
Perform LEAK TESTING.
If the cylinder system has to be operated while a cylinder is being replaced, the open
connection on the automatic changeover valve must be closed tightly with a sealing screw,
part no. 50 410 31.
Close the gas cylinder valve(s) for storage and transport.
The protective cap serves as additional protection against the escape of gas in the event of
leaks.
Mount the protective cap to secure the gas cylinder valve(s) during transport.
