information before setting up the equipment.

Use / Connection

The Opus 87 consists of a microphone clamp with integrated
pre-amp and a capsule (cardioid) on a short gooseneck.
•
The microphone clamp can be easily mounted to the rim of the
drum. The microphone can be perfectly adjusted with the
gooseneck.
•
The Opus 87 is equipped with a 3-pin XLR-plug. The microphone
can be connected supplying a phantom power of 12 to 48 V.
Recommended phantom power:
Maintenance
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning the Opus 87 microphone.
If necessary, you can use a gentle cleansing agent (such as washing-
up liquid). Make sure not to allow any water to enter the transducer
element and never use any solvent cleansers.
Service
Servicing must be carried out by qualified service personnel
only. Dismantling the microphone yourself will render the guarantee
null and void.
