control module [8-1] can be removed from the housing [1-5] / [2-5] / [3-6]
in case of malfunctions without having to remove the housing from its
installed location.
In the case of faults in the control module, send it in to SATA Customer
Service Department (see chapter 14 for the address).
Dismantling the control module
■ Depressurize and bleed the SATA clean RCS units.
■ Disconnect compressed air line on air inlet [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].
■ Remove rinsing connection [1-6] / [2-7] / [3-4] from paint spray gun.
■ Remove intake hose [8-3] from suction tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9].
■ Remove securing nuts [8-5] from stud bolts [8-2] on underside of con-
trol module [8-1] and lift out control module.
Installing the control module
■ Place control module [8-1] on housing [8-4] and insert control module
stud bolts [8-2] into housing holes.
■ Insert intake hose [8-3] into suction tank [1-9] / [2-9] / [3-9].
■ Screw securing nuts [8-3] onto stud bolts and tighten.
SATA clean RCS the turbo cleaner only
■ Connect paint spray gun to rinsing connection [3-4].
■ Connect compressed air line to air inlet [1-1] / [2-1] / [3-1].

Notice!
Damage due to use of the wrong type of cleaning agent
Use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the SATA cleaning sys-
tems.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning agent with a pH value of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, alkalis, bases, paint stripper, unsuitable regener-
ates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Careful handling as well as regular care of the product are required to
guarantee proper function of the SATA clean RCS units.
Clean and check the SATA clean RCS units for leaks at regular intervals.
