7. Maintenance and care

7.1 Maintenance: When used as directed, the voltage converter is maintenance-free.
7.2 Care: Clean the device carefully with a dry cloth. Do not use liquids or chemical cleaning
agents. Never allow liquids to flow over the device or to enter the device.

8. Notes regarding environmental protection

Do not put electrical devices into the household waste! Electronic and electrical devices
must be collected separately and sent for environmentally friendly recycling. Please
contact your community or city administration regarding disposal options for electronic
scrap.

Possible cause

Remedy
Check the connection and the fuse of
the 12 V vehicle socket
Charge the battery
Use an intact battery
Insert an intact fuse of the same value
Reduce the performance of the
connected consumers or use a voltage
converter with a greater performance
Switch the voltage converter off,
separate the device from the voltage
converter. Allow the voltage converter
to cool down
Use a voltage converter that supplies
pure sinus voltage
