Starting the engine

Make sure the stop switch (A) is in running position
(pushed forward). Pull the choke control (B) if the engine
is cold. A warm engine can be started without choke.
Set the starter throttle catch.
Push in the decompression valve (K650/K700 Active).
Be sure that you and the machine are firmly positioned
when starting and that the cutting wheel does not touch
anything. Pull out the starter handle slowly until the
starter pawls engage. Then pull sharply.

Anlassen des Motors

Prüfen, daß der Abstellhebel (A) in Arbeitsstellung steht
(nach vorn gedrückt). Schaltelhebel (B) ziehen, wenn
der Motor kalt ist. Ein warmer Motor kann ohne Betätig-
ung des Schaltelhebels angelassen werden. Anwerfhe-
belsperre einstellen.
Dekompressionsventil drücken (K650/K700 Active).
Stellen Sie sicher, daß Sie und die Maschine einen guten
Stand haben, bevor Sie den Motor anlassen. Die
Trennscheibe darf nichts berühren. Ziehen Sie den
Anwerfgriff langsam heraus, bis die Anwerfklinke ein-
greift. Dann mit einem kräftigen Ruck ziehen.

Démarrage du moteur
Assurez-vous que le bouton d'arrêt est en position de
marche (vers l'avant). Tirez le starter si le moteur est
froid. Un moteur chaud démarre sans utiliser le starter.
Enclenchez le blocage de démarrage.
Poussez la valve de décompression (K650/K700 Active).
Prenez une position ferme et assurez-vous que l'outil est
également bien stable, que le disque ne touche rien,
pour démarrer le moteur. Tirez doucement la poignée de
démarrage pour enclencher les doigts d'encliquetage
puis tirez d'un coup sec.

Arranque del motor

1. Asegúrese de que el interruptor de parada se halla en
posición activada (hacia adelante). Tirar del botón del
estárter si el motor está frío. Si está caliente, puede
arrancarse sin estárter.
Poner el fiador del acelerador de arranque.
Empujar la válvula de descompresión (K650/K700
Active). Asegúrese de que usted y la máquina se hallan
en posición firme y que el disco de corte no toca ningún
objeto. Tire lentamente del mango de arranque hasta
que se engrane, y a continuación de un tirón fuerte.

WARNING!
The cutting wheel will start to rotate when the saw starts.
Make sure that the cutting wheel is free-running. Push in
the choke control immediately when the engine ignites
and make repeated starting attempts if necessary. When
the engine starts, rapidly give full throttle. The throttle
latch will then automatically disengage.
WARNUNG!
Die Trennscheibe beginnt sich zu drehen, wenn der
Motor anspringt. Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Trennscheibe
frei rotieren kann. Drücken Sie den Chokeregler sofort
nach Anspringen des Motors. Wiederholen Sie den Start-
versuch, wenn erforderlich. Nach Anspringen des Mo-
tors ist sofort Vollgas zu geben. Die Gashebelsperre wird
dabei automatisch gelöst.
ATTENTION!
Le disque découpeur va se mettre à tourner au démarrage.
Assurez-vous qu'il puisse tourner librement. Poussez
immédiatement le starter à l'allumage du moteur et, si
nécessaire, répétez plusieurs fois la procédure de
démarrage. Lorsque le moteur a démarré, accélérez
immédiatement au maximum. Le verrou d'accélérateur
est automatiquement déverrouillé.
ADVERTENCIA
El disco de corte empieza a girar cuando arranca el
motor. Asegúrese de que gira libremente. Tan pronto
como ha arrancado el motor, introduzca el estárter y
repita el procedimiento de arranque en caso necesario.
Una vez ha arrancado el motor, acelere rápidamente a
plenos gases. Se desacoplará entonces automáticamente
el fiador.
