USB OPERATION

7.1

Inserting and removing USB storage device

This appliance can play the audio format MP3 directly from a USB storage device.

Insert a USB storage device to the USB port (15).

Press repeatedly SOURCE (8) on the main unit or SOURCE (31) / USB (42) on the remote

control to select USB operation mode. The display (2)
indicator lights up. If no USB storage device is connected,
display (2).

The playback functions of USB mode are identical to MP3-CD playback


To remove the USB memory: Gently pull it out from the USB port (15).


CONNECTING EXTERNAL APPLIANCES

External appliances, e.g. MP3 players or similar, can be connected via the 3.5 mm

LINE IN (16) socket.
Note: A suitable audio cable is needed (not included).

Connect the external appliance to the LINE IN (16) socket and press repeatedly

SOURCE (8, 31) on the main unit or on the remote control until the indicator
appears on the display (2).
When an external appliance is connected, all playback functions will be managed

through the external appliance's controls. The volume control will keep working normally
(
will stop functioning as long as the external appliance is connected.
Should the volume still be too low, adjust the volume of the external appliance.

