BEFORE FIRST USE

3.1

Unpacking

Remove all packaging.

Check for the presence of all parts and for transport damage. In case of damage or

incomplete delivery, please contact your dealer (
Please keep the packaging. The appliance can be stored in it if it is not used for a longer

period of time.
Place the appliance on a level, stable, clean and dry surface.

Connect both speakers (1, 10) to the speaker outputs (19, 20). Make sure to connect


Power supply

Connect the power plug (18) to a suitable electrical outlet. Make sure that the power

supply voltage is the same as needed for the appliance.
3.3 Remote control – inserting batteries
For operation of the remote control, 2 x 1.5 V

batteries (LR03/R03/AAA), are needed (not
supplied).
Remove the battery compartment cover and

insert both batteries according to the polarity
markings inside the battery compartment (36).
Use batteries of high quality only. Batteries of

low quality might leak and cause damage. Close
battery cover after inserting the battery.
Note: Remove the batteries, if the remote control

is not to be used for a longer period of time, as it
might be damaged by leaking batteries. If it does
not work properly, replace the batteries.
3.4 Remote control – using tips
Aim the remote control directly at the appliance. The distance should be less than

6 metres and within 30°. Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote control
and the unit.
The remote control may be less effective if:

there are obstacles between the remote control and the appliance.
other remote controls are operated at the same time.
