Calling up files
During playback or in standby mode, press ESP/
DIR twice. The group of letters ABCDEF and the FILE
SEARCH entry are displayed. The first letter A flashes.
Press the
button for two seconds
another group of characters. These appear in the
following order: ABCDEF
stuvwx yz0123 456789
Press repeatedly in order to select
characters in the group of characters displayed.
Press PLAY/PAUSE/ENTER in order to select a
title that begins with the selected character.
If a file is found, this appears in the second line of
the display.
The first title found blinks. Press PLAY to play the
title. You can select another file using
Press PLAY to start playback.
Calling up folders
During playback or in standby mode, press ESP/
DIR twice.
If the disc contains no folders but only files, the top
line will show ROOT . Use
the titles and press ENTER to select one.
If the disc contains folders, the first folder will
appear in the first line. The number of the albums is
shown in the second line.
Press ENTER to play the whole folder.
Use to scroll through the titles in the
folder.
Press ENTER to play the title .
To select another folder on the disc, press STOP .
By repeatedly press the
folders will be shown in the display in the order
that they were recorded on the disc.
Please note that the player returns to playback
mode if you do not make an entry for 30 seconds.
