Use with an external audio system

You can connect your CD player to an external
audio system so as, for example, to play CDs
through the receiver on your stereo system.
Connect the LINE OUT connection cable to the
LINE OUT socket of the CD player and the CD or
AUX input sockets of the audio system.
Always switch the audio system off before
connecting the CD player.

Connecting headphones

Connect the headphones supplied to the
headphone socket on the player.
You can also use other stereo headphones or
earphones that are fitted with a 3.5 mm jack plug.
WARNING!
Before putting on headphones set the
volume to minimum!

Button lock HOLD

If you want to prevent pressing a button
unintentionally slide the button lock HOLD on the
side of the device to the right as indicated by the
arrow.
Key Locked is displayed briefly in the display and
when you press a button.
To reactivate the buttons, slide the switch back to
the initial position.
