Safety precautions:
• Before changing the bulb the plug should be disconnected from the mains supply
and the lamp and fitting should be allowed to cool down. Screw in the new bulb
and then reconnect to the mains supply.
• The fitting should always be held firmly with one hand when screwing the bulbs
in or out in order to avoid crossing the thread.
• TempSets with damaged cables should not be put into operation.
• Damaged cables are to be replaced by a trained specialist. Only cables of type
H03VVH2-F 2 x 0.75 mm
• Any method of installation deviating from the above instructions and involving dis-
mantling the TempSet must only carried out only by a suitably trained person.
• When used with heaters which do not give off light e.g. JBL ReptilHeat ceramic
heater, a protective guard with mesh screen(JBL TempProtect), available as an
accessory, should be fitted.
• Should not be used to light an aquarium.
