IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The following basic safety instructions must always be observed for all use of
electrical devices:
Please read the following information carefully for safe and correct use of the device.
Before reading, fold out the page with the illustrations and later familiarise yourself with

– Everything that could be accidentally sucked in should be kept well away from the
cutters or from the device, e.g. long hair, ties, etc.
– Never insert a finger into the cutting opening.
– Never leave the device unattended while in operation.
– Keep children well aware from the device.
– If the device is not operating for a longer time, remove the connection from the socket.
– Do not operate the paper shredder with damaged cable or plug. Any devices not
functioning perfectly or that has been damaged must be immediately examined
and repaired by customer service. You will find the relevant service centre in your
country on the guarantee card.
– The paper shredder is designed for brief operating periods.
Uninterrupted operation: maximum two minutes.
– In case of danger, remove the plug from the socket immediately.
– Never use the paper shredder for purposes for which it is not designed or intended.

SET-UP AND OPERATION
